4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management platform. When you submit a form on our website, call us, or interact with our booking system, your personal information is stored in our CRM account.
Cross-border data transfer: GoHighLevel's servers are located in the United States. By providing your personal information through our website or communications, you consent to your data being transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. GoHighLevel maintains industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
5. SMS and Email Communications
By submitting a booking request or enquiry, you consent to receiving:
- Transactional messages: Booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and report delivery notifications
- Service messages: Follow-up communications relating to your inspection
- Review requests: A request to leave a Google review after your inspection is completed
All SMS messages include our business identification (“PinPoint” or “PinPoint Inspections”) and a functional opt-out mechanism in compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message, or email us at bookings@ppiproperty.com.au. We will cease marketing communications within 5 business days. Transactional messages directly related to a confirmed booking may still be sent.
6. Disclosure of Information

- Our team members: Inspectors and administration staff who need access to arrange and complete your inspection
- CRM provider (GoHighLevel): For data storage, SMS delivery, and workflow automation (US-based servers)
- SMS and phone providers: LC Phone (via GoHighLevel) for SMS delivery and call routing
- Google: Analytics data (anonymised) and advertising attribution
- Real estate agents: Only where you have provided their details for property access coordination, and only the information necessary to arrange access
- Government authorities: If required by law
- Our insurers: In the event of a claim
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
