How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly. We're available 7 days — Mon–Fri 7:30am–5:30pm, Sat–Sun 8am–4pm.
When will I get my report?
Reports are delivered within 24 hours of your inspection, emailed as a detailed PDF with photos, thermal images, and defect grading.
How long does an inspection take?
Typically 1–2 hours on-site, depending on the property size and type.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a money-back guarantee on building inspections within 60 days. Every client also receives a free post-inspection debrief call to walk through findings.
Do you cover my area?
We cover the full Perth metro from Two Rocks in the north to Mandurah in the south. If you're unsure, give us a call — we probably cover it.
